All Standing Extended Full Body Warm Up

I’ve got a 9-minute routine for you that can be used as a movement break, a way to wake up your body in the morning or wind down your mind at night, in addition to being a warm up. 

We warm your muscles from head to toe and move through common ranges of motion to prepare you for a variety of workouts! All you need is yourself and a small cleared out space of a wall for 2 of the exercises. 

Warm ups and cool downs are easy to skimp on (speaking from my own experience!). However, our performance in the workout depends on a thorough warm up!
