Workout request (and thank you)

Happy New Year everyone!

Kelli, your latest plus workout release, Lower Body Strength Training Workout Without Squats or Lunges - Express Lifting and Pilates Combo, is amazing. I think it is destined to become my most-used LB strength workout. So first, thank you very, very much!

Second, if there is interest, would it be possible to design a similar length/structured UB strength workout? Something with a short low impact cardio warm-up, a bored easily strength with weights section, a bored easily strength section with bands and a cool down? No worries if there are other things in the works instead, you folks always come up with great options.
