New Workout! Lower Body Strength Tri-Sets with Burnout Rounds

Good morning FB Family!

We’ve got a long-ish lower body strength training session for you today:

Lower Body Strength Tri-Sets with Burnout Rounds

During each of the four tri-sets, you will complete three exercises back-to-back, keeping the focus on similar muscle groups to promote muscle growth and strength with increased time under tension (there’s technically five seconds of “recovery” between exercises but these few seconds are truly just transition time between moves). We top off each tri-set with a burnout round to give the working muscles a finishing “sizzle.”

In case it’s not apparent from the video, the third burnout round of isometric split squats nearly ended by legs. This point of the workout was definitely one of those moments where I questioned my own exercise sequencing, haha. Let me know if you felt the same way after completing the workout!
