Do workouts have an exciting thought? Sometimes yes, sometimes no, but that feeling of accomplishment is always wonderful no matter how (big or small) you earn your #workoutcomplete.

For myself, I finished day 5 of the two week challenge, today being core pilates with Amanda, thus wrapping up the first week. So far, a nice first week. Looking forward to the next week! Good luck whatever you are doing and happy moving or resting!
