High Protein Recipes

Hi all!

I'm looking for easy higher protein recipes for lunch and dinner. I've recently done kind of an overhaul on my idea of "healthy" foods and I've decided to cut out protein powders as they really aren't all that healthy for you and definitely not cost effective. Not when you're looking at $60-$120 per month just for protein powders... Anywho... I'm open to most ideas, but quick ideas are much appreciated as I am a teacher, and spending hours in the kitchen making stuff from scratch is a daunting task. Thanks in advance!
