I hope you're well! It's Friday, and thank goodness for that! And just like that we've closed out our first week of 2024 too!

You also are done dealing with me for the next two weeks as host--so I hope you enjoy that too!

What's happenin with workouts?

Day 5 of the 2 weeks challenge here! I'm super excited because it's pilates core work with Amanda and I absolutely LOVE pilates core work with Amanda! Can't wait to get to it this afternoon!

What's on the menu for today?

Hmm, maybe bean burritos?
