Ever have a day when EVERYTHING looks too much??

Happy NY to all.

Just a random musing really, so, after a long break for various reasons I woke up today determined to do something workout wise.

But everything I looked at looked 'too much', too long, don't think I can possibly tackle those moves (and seeming to have forgotten my trusty swaps!) , too many times through, floor work, intervals too long - the list was endless! you name it the inner voice had said it...

But, happy to say I somehow got some kit on and somehow pressed play on a 15 minute LI session, not quite sure how I did that but predictably I am sooooo glad I did!

It just feels like a small but important step, also realised if I had just picked something and pressed play in the first place I could have saved myself an hour!! but we can't have everything can we!!
