Daily Check-in: Wednesday, January 3rd

Hello Blenders!

I'm starting Wednesday's checkin a bit early, as I have an early morning appt to get to tomorrow!

So, lets talk workouts!

What's happenin for workouts?

I'll be doing day 3 of the 2 week challenge! Which I think is a mobility routine? (havent looked yet) Which will be good, as I'm feeling day 1 &2 already!

What's happenin in the food dept?

Dunno--that's tomorrow's problem! Ha!
