Daily Check-in: Wednesday, December 20th

Hey everyone. How goes your day so far?

Once again, feels like it's already and only Wednesday, but let's get into it.

Workouts? Yes for me! ..I stuck to the schedule today, choosing the shorter option from Fit30 and pairing it with the pilates core from Fundamentals. Loved the combo and how it perfectly matched how I felt I needed to move. Buddies! What did you pick today? And we are almost done!! Thinking about what's next? My eye is on the Bored Easily Erica challenge.

But anyways, what movement or rest you all are up to and down for, I hope it makes you feel good. Happy moving!

And what about your food? I think I'm going to try and make a another soup. Something with chick peas. Colder weather demands that kinda thing so we'll see.
