Daily Check-in: Monday, December 18th

Hey, Blenderz. How was your weekend?

Mine was very wet and windy. Perfect conditions, as long as you're inside, for sipping hot cocoa and snuggling all the doggos.

I see you all were very well checked in from Karen, so thanks again Karen for some great ghosting over the weekend!!

But now what of our Monday? Workouts? Resting?

My neck feels quite a bit better so now I am continuing on with the last week (already?!) of FB Fit and Fundamentals. As for food? For me for now, I'm not looking past coffee.
