FB Plus suggestion

So, this week I had my workouts ready to go and then I got sick and I've been rescheduling everything on a daily basis according to my energy, that's currently pretty much non existing 😂

I usually mark these days as rest days, but I was wondering... it would be really amazing to have a new calendar feature where we can mark days as sick days, for example. This way, we can track our progress, workouts and rest days but also mark those days where we've been sick, low energy or recovering from an injury.

I think it would be really helpful to have this kind of overview where we can incorporate our health "status" with our active life :)

In the meantime, I think I'll do a custom workout where I just add "sick day" and use it as a marker in my calendar.

If anyone has other ideia on how to incorporate this on the calendar, let me know 😉
