Back pain at rest after lower body strength routines

Hi Blenders!

I'm wondering if you have any ideas for me. I've been experiencing lower back pain at rest after finishing lower body strength routines. I don't have any pain at all while working out (or while warm in general), and the pain only seems to set in when my muscles are cold and I'm seated. I suspect this has to do with very tight glutes and hamstrings, but I've been stretching a lot throughout the day without a lot of improvement. Has anyone else experienced this, and how did you avoid this discomfort?
