New Workout! 2 Week Challenge Day 11: Lower Body Strength + Cardio Intervals

Welcome to day 11! Erica here with a bodyweight workout focusing on lower body strength and cardio exercises in a bored easily (no repeats) tri-set format.

Day 11: Lower Body Strength + Cardio Intervals

This workout focuses on strength, cardio, and muscle endurance for the lower body without using any weights. We will complete 9 tri-sets, or 9 groups where 3 exercises are completed back-to-back. Each interval you’ll see a new exercise, also making this bored easily!

With only this workout and one more to go in this challenge, it may feel like a bit of a relief to go without equipment (other than a mat). For the most part, the last exercise in each tri-set will feel the highest intensity, so it will be important to keep longevity and pacing in mind throughout. No worries though, modifications will be shared!
