How are you today?
I'm sore, and a bit tired; but ok otherwise!
Speaking of soreness; let's talk workouts shall we? What's happenin with workouts today?
I did a double resistance lower body with Erica yesterday. It was one I had done only once before, and remember not being too fond of it. I wanted to try it again when I was in a better mood to see how I liked it; and it's not bad. It's just the combo of moves aggravate my back. Even when I keep my form and have no weights or band on. It just isn't for me I guess! That's ok. So for today, I think I'll do some core work. I've been wanting to try that newish 30 minute core routine with Kayla, so I'll try that today!
And what's on the menu for today?
Not sure! Hubby's going grocery shopping, so we'll see what comes of that.
Finally a pic! This is another pic from my bake sale cookies. These are shortbread pawprints. I was so happy with how they came out! They were fun to decorate too.
