New Workout! 2 Week Challenge Day 10: Upper Body Strength

Today's Upper Body Strength Workout is a good mix of moves targeting shoulders, back, biceps, and chest and tri's. The focus is on building strength, and we're using a tri-set format for a change of pace. You will see a similar format tomorrow with Erica. 

So, this workout has a few benefits! Whether lifting heavy weights or starting with something lighter, this workout is perfect for your functional strength. That means you're not just getting stronger; you're also making your everyday movements easier. Plus, using a Tri Set format is a time-saving trick. The tri-set format helps you maximize your efforts, making the most out of each exercise.

Remember, the key here is control; focus on moving with control to get the most out of every rep.
