Grab your dumbbells, but choose your weight wisely. Light and medium dumbbells for beginners, and for my experienced lifters, you can also add your heavyweight; we're all about progress here. Building strength isn't just about looks; it's about making daily tasks easier and boosting your metabolism for those extra-calorie burns. This Total Body Strength workout will target the quads, glutes, and hamstrings of the lower body. Upper body exercises hit the chest, arms, and shoulders, while core work strengthens those abs. Whether lifting heavy or starting light, find that sweet spot for a challenge without compromising form.
