If you’re coming off of Day 8 with Tasha, then you’re likely a little sore. Today’s release is the perfect cure for achy muscles and tired bodies. We’ll work through some of my favorite mobility exercises and stretches that target your whole body from head to toe. 

Rest and recovery days are essential for all workout programs. They allow you to regain energy so that your muscle fibers can repair and grow! When planned appropriately, recovery days can feel just as engaging as a typical workout.
