Daily Check-in: Wednesday, November 29th

Hello Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

I hope you're well!

It's another day of the same ol', same ol' for me, so we'll just jump right into talkin about workouts!

What do your workouts look like for today?

I did a lower body routine with Kelli yesterday, so today I might do some upper body work with Brian!

And what's on the menu for today?

All I got so far is coffee coffee and more coffee!

Finally, a pic! I saw my quill pig friend again yesterday! He was hunkered down at the base of a spruce tree trying to stay out of the wind. Very smart little quill pig!
