New FREE Workout: Low-Impact Cardio with Mobility Intermissions

Get ready to feel better than you started after this active recovery workout! Nicole here and today I’ve got a feel-good, active recovery workout that combines low-impact cardio with mobility. 

Day 3: Low Impact Cardio Workout with Mobility Exercises

So, what’s in store for you in this workout? We’ve got two low-impact cardio circuits to elevate your heart rate split up by two mobility segments to mobilize your previously warmed muscles and joints. Each cardio segment will be 10-minutes each and focus on moderate-intensity exercises that can easily be scaled up or down to your liking. Mobility segments are each between 3-5 minutes and aimed at targeting a variety of joints in the body to leave you feeling fresh and revitalized. No equipment is needed but you're always welcome to use light hand weights if you want to add intensity.

This is a level 2 workout, but extremely scalable. Each exercise has been selected based on its ability to be modified or progressed. Don’t shy away from this if you want more than a level 2, take the progressions offered and get after it!
