No workout, still moving

I made a deal with myself. If I do not want to do a workout on one of my regular workout days, that is okay. But I have to do 10 Australian pull-ups. So, that is what I did this morning. It is not a lot of movement, it does not take long, but I did something. Sometimes it helps me break the 'I don't want to' thought (but today I didn't workout because I slept longer).

I do my Australian pull-ups / bodyweight row with the 'rings' hanging from my pull-up bar.
