Tips for increasing weight on bicep curls?

I've consistently increased my weights for almost all upper body exercises by at least 2 lbs per hand (reverse fly, chest fly, ventral/lateral raises) up to 5+ lbs per hand (chest press, rows) but I CANNOT seem to budge my bicep curl weights.

I've been at 9 lbs per hand for what seems like forever, recently I raised it to 11 lbs, but I can hardly finish one 45-sec interval and I'm toast if there's a second interval. Unfortunately my adjustable dumbbells don't have a 10-lb setting. Another issue is that my left is perceptively weaker than my right, so there's that too.

Any tips for how to increase strength in biceps? Should I start doing fewer reps of higher weight?
