1 Week Example of Pilates Routine

I want to try accountability of doing strength training and pilates during very stressful work times (average 12-14 hour work days). I'm sticking to working out for a max of 30 minutes a day with a combination of FitnessBlender workouts snd some walking.

So what better day than posting what I did on here!

I haven't done strength training in a while, so I'm slowly adding strength workouts in. There aren't that many upper body strength pilates workouts and I don't really want to do more than 30 minutes a day, so relying on resistance band/short strength training workouts for that reason.

There's only 1 real day of Pilates this week, but I'm hoping to do more pilates workouts in the second week. I'm also going to be doing more in the second week, but will continue doing 30 minutes max per day.
