You can't have America without Erica

Whew! I always think of that stranger things quote whenever I do a workout that Erica leads. Today's workout was awesome, especially for someone like me who is trying to focus on balance, proper form, and using light weights to improve range of motion. As I have found with her workouts, the movements are deceptively tough, nontraditional, and will have you shaking and sweating! Thank you Erica for today's #workoutcomplete
