New Plus Video! Dynamic Heart Openers and Backbends

Hey ya’ll!

Join me for a special session where we'll explore a Vinyasa sequence with a focus on opening the heart and preparing for Wild Thing Pose (Camatkarasana). Just as Wild Thing Pose demands courage and flexibility, life often requires us to adapt and thrive in the face of challenges. In this yoga class, like any other, it's important to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore your practice.

Dynamic Heart Openers and Backbends

We will start with a centering practice, including deep breathing and setting an intention for your practice. We will move through a series of asanas or poses, carefully sequenced to warm up the body and gradually progress towards more challenging postures. You can anticipate focusing on cues on proper alignment, modifications and variations to suit your individual needs and abilities. It's essential to remember that yoga is a personal journey, and progress may come in small steps. As you move through the class, maintain a mindful connection to your breath. Be mindful of your body's limits and always prioritize safety. The class will focus on building the strength and flexibility needed for Wild Thing Pose, so expect to work through lots of heart-opener, back bends, core strength, and hip flexibility. Remember that progress in yoga is gradual, so be patient with yourself and embrace the every breath along the way. Throughout the session, focus on your breath, and enjoy the process of discovering your own inner strength and grace.
