New Workout! Plank Challenge Add-On

Plank Challenge Add-On

Add on this short challenge when you’re looking for a total body burnout after a workout! Just 5 minutes in total, we go nonstop through 10 plank variations. Planks are such a foundational total body exercise, working many different muscles. By adding this to your weekly routine, you’ll begin to notice more strength, stamina, and stability each time you complete it.

All you need is a mat or comfortable surface to plank on. I included a short warm-up to get us familiar with proper form as well as a short cool-down. You’ll be reminded of modifications throughout, keeping in mind that you always have the option to drop to your knee(s) to keep you going.
