How are you today? How was your weekend?

I hope it all went well!

What does your Monday have in store for you, Blenderz? How are you adjusting to the time change so far? (If you did end DST this weekend, that is!)

This time change isn't usually as bad as the spring one. So far it's not bugging me too much.

What's happenin with workouts today?

I'm either going to do some total body work or upper body work--I haven't decided yet what I want to do!

What's on the menu for today?

Not sure on that front!

Finally: here's a pic of my quill pig friend that I saw yesterday. He was hanging out in a pine tree, taking a snooze.
