I'm a bit discombobulated today; so let's just get to the checkin!

What's happening for workouts today?

I did a combo of two Brian upper body workouts; and I'm feeling it! Today, I need to do some lower body work. I'm thinking either with Tasha or Erica!

What's happenin on the food front today?

If I only knew!
