New Workout! Express Cardio Pyramid

Express Cardio Pyramid

This is one of those workouts that takes a bit more mental preparation but results in a great amount of work completed in a short amount of time (17 minutes of the workout to be exact!). Going into this workout, the pyramid aspect helped my mentality, as I treated it more like a game or event to complete.

The pyramid is created from the intensity of the exercises, not by an interval timer increasing or decreasing in time. We start with lower-intensity exercises and, as we near the top of the pyramid, they get more intense with the help of plyometric details. We then follow the same exercises back down to the start. I guide you on modifications throughout, so I’ve got your back if you’re hesitant about what exercises may show up near the top :) 

All you need is 28 total minutes of time and a mat. I would say the difficulty can teeter from a 4 to 5, depending on how hard you want to push yourself.
