I hope you're well! We are getting snow at the moment, and that's always a good thing. I love the snow.

Before I get too much further into this check in, I wanna give some virtual hugs to my good buddy Raven. Thank you for hosting despite all that you're going through. Thank you for being here, and I hope you are doing as well as you can right now.

And of course, thank you to Inge for being our weekend guest host!

Ok, I got a bunch of things to do today, so let's get this show on the road!

What do your workouts look like for today?

I wanna do some upper body work, probably with Erica!

Something warm and cozy, for sure!
