Let the Halloween memes and jokes begin! The farmers market was fun Saturday morning. Many of the vendors were in costume. One woman selling pottery had a straw hat on with a ceramic statue of a rooster on top. One couple shopping were dressed as astronauts, the man had the whole suit on helmet and all. He must have been quite hot as it was sunny and in the 70's F
I actually bought lettuce mix which I am enjoying on my sandwich.
Exercise wise I started Kayla's 5 day challenge. I enjoyed the first day as it was a mix of upper body mobility and strength exercises.
