Can dumbbell weight ranges be mentioned in the write up?

Hi everyone

Just here to say that I absolutely love all of Fitness Blender's workouts and have found myself looking forward to each day's exercise 😀

A request:

Would it be possible to update the dumbbell parts of the workouts to specify the weight ranges that the trainers are lifting?

I know they say light/medium/heavy weights, but just to give us a benchmark on how much we can lift would be helpful.
