Hey there! Here's your newest workout: 

Lower Body Cluster Sets with Glute Burnout

Some of you may recall my debut of cluster training in this total body workout. If you enjoyed that workout, you will most likely enjoy this one too (and vice versa)!

Cluster sets/training takes a longer work interval and breaks it up with small rest periods throughout, allowing us to complete more reps while maintaining the same level of resistance (weight).

Putting the spotlight solely on the lower body, both large muscle groups and small stabilizer muscles will be working for the legs and glutes as a result of unilateral exercises, and some exercises that are pulsed and held. These circumstances and the cluster set formatting will lead to greater strength, muscle gain, muscular control, and stability. You’ll want a range of weights with you along with a bench. 

Check out the workout write-up for more details and tips going into this workout! There were areas where I felt strong and areas where I felt a little weaker in this workout, it’s good to stay humbled. :)
