PCOS + Starting to workout again

Hey everyone,

So I worked out consistently for about two years. it's been three years since I've worked out consistently. I want to get into working out again but all of the methods I've tried have kind of failed: I tried getting back in with FBFit but it was too difficult... I tried doing one of the beginner programmes but it was too easy...

I've also recently been diagnosed with PCOS (I'm 17)

How do I get back into working out? I don't want to forgo HIIT, I absolutely love HIIT, but I also want to work out and lose weight in a way that complements my PCOS.

Any and all comments are welcome - I've just been hating myself recently for letting myself get this bad...
