HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 20th

Hello, team and happy Friday! I hope the day finds you well. Special shout out to Julia who has been dealing with some truly scary weather this week. Hope things settle down a bit and that everyone is staying safe.

What is your plan for today? Are you finishing any projects or are you taking it easy? I've got a plate this big of work tasks to finish and hopefully I can make a dent before the evening so I'm not a crazy mess come Monday morning.

For the weekend, there is a tentative plan to make some kimchi if we can find Napa cabbage. This was our Covid project, I guess, instead of baking sourdough. We've also been giving it as a Christmas present for the past couple of years. Now that the weather has cooled down we're getting hints from friends about how much they enjoyed the last batch. We'll be following Maangchi's method as closely as being in Eastern Europe allows us.

I am now salivating at the thought of kimchi fried rice but it will have to wait. I'll probably settle for a quick stir fry for lunch to take the edge off.

For workouts, I've been going through Nicole's recent catalogue and today it was this kettlebell workout:
