Week two.

I started a program I bought a few years ago last week so this week is week two of the 4 weeks. I anm super annnoyed however because I Ended up with a cold last Friday and didn’t workout Saturday-Tuesday I got it in today and man it was rough to say the least. I am humbled given how out of shape I am when the last time I did these workouts although challenging they were much easier. I’m looking forward to getting stronger and not have to modify a lot of the hit. My sweat has sweat today 😆
