HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 18th

Here we are again my friends at the middle of the work week.

I know there are many of us who are feeling the crunch of the work week and just trying to keep our heads above the water. Maybe this thought helps. Try to find one positive thing today. Maybe it brings a smile to your face. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with the day but it is my fault. I will just try to take it slow and steady.

For the last two weeks I seem to have forgotten my Wednesday workout schedule. Now I have to pack both in after work plus dinner is a bit time consuming this evening. That silly squash!.

I will do a run after work followed by today's express workout. In between I will pop the squash in the oven so it cooks while I am working out. I already peeked and it is with Tasha and there are bear crawl intermissions.... In my world, the intermission is usually a break. I would never associate a break with bear crawls!
