I chose the image to give a smile to Martine 😁 As for me, I've been feeling a bit draggy after Saturday's double vaccineπŸ’‰πŸ’‰ and nearly forgot to start the thread, but here we are. If I follow Ms Kent's suggestion, I should get my energy back and feel much stronger this week. I plan to do my favorite stretches with Kellie today as a preparation for returning to Flex tomorrow. It's the last week of it, I think I can make it.

Despite having to take breaks for about 2 hours of naps yesterday, I managed to make a lovely lentil soup with autumn squash. A humble butternut, but it tasted great. Well, over to you! How are your programs progressing? Any seasonal cuisine in the works?
