HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 14th

Good Saturday morning! To start the day off right, see some positive affirmations above 🙂

I finally had my first full night of sleep since Monday. I did wake up a few times, but I managed to stay in bed and fall back asleep until 5am, my usual wake up time. I am feeling somewhat better rested and it’s striking how my mood is improved this morning.

I only managed one workout this week, but I am moving forward today and will finish the Reboot challenge. And we should have decent weather this weekend, so going for a walk is in the plans.

This will be a busy day, as we have a lot of errands to run and housecleaning to do. We want to get everything done today, as David will be donating blood tomorrow morning and will need to rest afterwards.

What are your plans for the day? Sharon, I hope the vaccination today won’t leave you with a sore arm, so you can work on your balcony garden and planters.
