Returning to Fitness

I’ve been very hard on myself lately because I am going on 3 weeks of not doing any form of working out. It is the longest hiatus I have ever gone through since starting my consistent fitness journey 3 years ago.

I’ve had a string of bad luck these 3 weeks that have prevented me from having the time or energy for any sort or workout, and now I’m recovering from Covid which I feel will extend my break further.

I’m feeling disheartened and nervous for when I am going to start back up again 😔 has anyone gone through something similar? How did you get back up?
