The weekend of October 28th & 29th as well as any weekend after November 11th & 12th is open! So if you'd like to guest host a weekend after that, just let me or Raven know, and we'll get ya scheduled in---and thank you!

As for workouts? What's happening on that front?

I did Erica's newest core routine yesterday, and I liked that a lot! Today, I think I'll do some lower body work. Not sure what that'll be just yet!

And what's on the menu for today?

Not sure!
