Yesterday ā€¦

Yesterday, I did an intense 15-minute kettlebell burnout, followed by a taxing 46-minute total body strength complex with bodyweight finishers, with no modifications whatsoever. šŸ„µ I also did a 15-minute run. I am so happy (and grateful) my body can do this! šŸŽ‰ šŸ˜
