Hello! I love your workouts as I am recovering from multiple injuries these days.

I would like to make a request that may sound boring...

Would you consider demonstrating proper form for typical strength training moves? I know we have very early videos on FB for this, but I would really benefit from a centralized place where beginner - advanced modifications are demonstrated.
