Daily Check-in: Friday, October 6th

Hello, Blendfriends!

How are you today?

I am glad it's Friday! I am also glad that we appear to be done with heat and high temps for the year!! Highs in the low 50s (F) today, and then in the 40s (F) for the next week or so--and that is music to my ears! Cooler temps are the best! Plus, we're just about at peak Fall color; so it's all good. My favorite time of year.

Ok, with that said, let's talk workouts, shall we? What do your workouts look like for today?

Yesterday I did an upper body trisets routine with Erica, and I'm feeling my shoulders benefited from it the most atm. For today, it's gonna be a lower body and core day. Haven't decided yet what that might consist of!

What's on the menu for today?

Something to correspond to the cooler weather for sure! It's going to be so nice to be able to cook again, and not have to worry about what's going to heat the house up too much! So the possibilities are endless!
