Good Tuesday morning! I’m curious, what is your favourite part of your morning routine that makes it a good one? For me, it’s having Loki wait for me to give him a piece of the banana that I eat every single morning. Sharing is caring.

What is on your FB calendar for today? I will do one of the 4 workouts I have left from the Reboot challenge. I am dreading this one, as it’s pilates with Amanda and previewing it, it’s not like her other pilates workouts that I enjoyed. We’ll see how I fare.

I think that my hips are doing better, good enough to attempt a walk with my husband and Loki at the end of the day. The goal is to cook supper early, then go for a walk while there is still sunlight, and then eat and relax for the evening. The sun is setting at 6:31pm, it really hit me hard last evening, how early it gets dark.
