New Workout! Unilateral Strength with Burpee Cardio Bursts

Hey there! New today is a total body interval training workout that creates a blend of strength, cardio, and coordination. 

Unilateral Strength with Burpee Cardio Bursts

The majority of this routine will focus on upper and lower body unilateral training with burpee variation intervals placed throughout. Working unilaterally brings an extra challenge for our core and keeps our form in check all while correcting any strength imbalances. Being that burpees come with several levels/modifications and strength training can always become more or less challenging based on the weights selected, this workout can become more or less difficult based on your choices. It can also be approached differently depending on your goals which I share more about in the write-up!

You’ll want to plan on having a range of weights with you, a mat, and an optional bench for one of the exercises, although, that can be easily adapted without. Come get your sweat on and a workout complete with me!
