I’m back.

Hello all. I am going to try to not write a book here but I’m not “new” to fitness blender. After having my 2nd baby I managed to lose 98 (went from 230-132) pounds with the huge help of Daniel and Kelli (way back in 2016 I found them) I maintained my weight loss until 2021 when my entire world crashed around me(super long story) I ended up drinking pretty heavily and eating like crap while in my depression and gained back 50 pounds. Then I got pregnant with my 3rd daughter and gained 42 more… I lost 34 gained back 17 and now I’m basically back to square one when I first found fitness blender. 224 pounds is where I am today and I am so beyond ready to do the damn thing. Today is my Day #1. I plan to start really slow with walking and hiking and using fitness blender for a little extra (Pilates and yoga to start) then I plan to do one of the plans of the 6 I have (not sure which) to jumpstart. I am hopefull by this time next year (Sept 29th) I am feeling proud of myself!! 🤍
