Request for Nicole!

Hi! I have a video request for Nicole - a 10-15 minute pelvic floor routine that I can add on to other workouts. I love the current ones, they're super helpful, but they're all about a half hour and sometimes I just want to add a little burst to another type of workout... And I don't have the energy to do a full hour workout these days 😅
