Daily Check-in: Wednesday, September 20th

Hi Blenderz! How are we doing on this half way day of the week?

I've got the it's already only Wednesday feels, with my brain feeling a bit scrambled. Hah, that's nothing new though.

How 'bout we talk about some movement? Workouts? Yes for me! I just started my day with Marina: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/core-focused-vinyasa-yoga-all-levels-flow-for-deep-core-strength-and-stability

^My glutes are still fried from Monday and my upper needs a break, so this one felt really good. From the amazing wrist stretches to the deep core work with a dash of balance. Just what I needed. I hope you can find what you need today.

Same applying to food. I know it's out there. I just have to go put something together.

Picture for our Wednesday makes it a #WildflowerWednesday with these Goldenrods. They are in prime time bloom time during the late Summer and early Fall. My camera practically taking a nose dove shot into the sea of yellowness.
