Hey there pals,

How are we doing today? Per usual, a rainy day out here. I had to attend a workshop in another school this morning. The walk there was nice (pic!). So, rest of afternoon, I'm working from home and it's nice to be home early one day.

The workshop was fun. We each had to visualize our work using just a figure and had to pass the paper to others. We weren't allowed to speak. The others would comment simply on what they understood (or not) from the figure/representation. It was really cool. Sure, after having everyone's comments we could speak/respond. I'm a visual learner so it was nice to be 'forced' to articulate in visuals. Have you ever used any kinds of visual communication?

Other than that, it's been quite hectic for me in terms of work and teaching. Haven't had the chance to be here much as well, so might have some catching up to do.
