HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 19th

Good Tuesday morning! Mornings are much cooler now, it’s starting to feel like Fall.

So I’ve been working on making stretching a part of my daily routine. It can be a long stretching workout, or just 5 minutes. It can be total body stretches, or just focusing on a couple of muscles. It’s not yet a habit for me, but I see how it helps me deal with stress. It becomes a moment in my day where I just pause and relax. Is stretching a part of your routine? Or what else do you do to lower your stress?
